I've found a couple lined up in scrappers to go and look at at the weekend, part no is no good till I get there, I wanted to know if it is 3 or 5dr I'm after. I guess 5dr as it lists the 5dr as having slightly more bhp. I thought with std exhaust cam the overlap isn't as aggressive, read it will lift by a few hundred rpm. The engine is in a track car, so driveability comes last. Fuelling is no problem I can map it myself.

Yeah I'll check the clearances this time... when I've got a cam to check with

The way I understand is that you have to put the standard inlet cam to the exhaust, and Tipo to inlet.
