Gearchange on mine has always been REALLY sloppy, the kit has reduced the slop by shortening the amount of of movement, and made it feel much more "clicky" and positive...so I like it!

I seem to remember a few years back, well it was when AlfaOwner was just starting out so it must have been 10 years or more, the fad was to cut down the gearstick. Never quite got the cutting mod either, I felt that reducing the lever would just make changing gear harder!
