Lancia delta integrale EVO brake on 155 Q4, which disc?

Have a AR 155 Q4 with lancia delta EVO brakes, anyone know which brake disc I have to use, the disc are worn out and need new one. was this a normal upgrade for Q4, its only 284mm, but its 4 piston brembo type caliper.

I don't remember to have heard of such upgrade on Q4, the "standard" one is with 4 piston Brembo calipers from 166.
So your discs now are 284mm in diameter? If so I will guess, that they are Q4's standard front discs. Measure other dimensions and compare to standard disc
