Default New 155Q4 entry from Belgium.... Small Body 1992....

    Hello there,

This is my first post, so forgive me if it is not right on track....

I do own my 155Q4 for about 5 years now; that's what I want to share.
It's a 1992 Q4, very well maintained (italian Alfa Romeo garage collection).
See for yourself when you scroll through the pictures.
There has been a lot of little 'corrections' after a big service has been done before delivery i.e. electrical stuff (you know), rubbers, fuel pump, suspension arms,
Pierburg boost-valve tubes, airco gauges, motor cooling resistance, cooling pipes and relays, etc...
I manage to tackle all things except for motor-leaks and suspension problems.... (I call it the 'heavy stuff' - for which I have a real specialist on my side).

Hope you enjoy the pictures as I do.
Any question or remark is very welcome.

    kind regards,
    Frank.

    Hi Frank,
Welcome! That looks like a great example! Keep us posted on your progress. They are all of that age where anything made of rubber perishes and plastic snaps!

    Hello guys,

    Thank you for replying.
The number plate is real, indeed.... personalized and with an oldtimer vignette; that's the belgian way to personalize an oldtimer-plate. The combination has a lot of attraction regularly by enthousiasts...

The car had a leak on the valve cover, (corner) which became worse since last year. So 2 weeks ago, I decided to bring the car at a "Lampredi 2.0" specialist.... :-)
He did race with cars like the Fiat Coupe etc, so... he knows what he's doing I guess :-) (http://www.mondial-motorsport.com)

Replace cambelt, replace camshaft seals preventively and the usual stuff... just to make sure.... and to have a complete dry garage/storage floor again too :-)
He advised for a Dayco belt, so I followed his remark.

    hear from you next time,
    Frank.
