    Just taken a look at the manual.

    If you open Fuel System and go to page 4-34 it looks like one of those connectors goes to the fuel vapour recovery system, and the other goes to the EGR valve, but it looks like you've removed yours.

    Here is the drawing of the Throttle body with all connections marked.
