    Lightbulb 17" Wheels

Just a question for those of you that are running 17" wheels, what size tyre do you run?

Also what sort of width do you run, and what ET?

    Cheers

    Cheers Jack,

There are a set of Compomotive MO 17" on ebay at the moment, apparently ET 15, but they are 17 x 8j, which means 215 tyres are a minimum.

Have to see what price they go for.

    Cheers guys.

I've just pumped some figures into this Wheel and Tyre calculator and it look like the wheels I've seen are a no go, the tyres will end up sticking out far too far.

ET15 on 8J is seriously out. Wheel width also have influence on outer edge of tyre as with same ET wider wheel will stick out more.
With my setup I have tyre rubbing at front and back and driving is not get in, go and forget.

Like I said I don't think will in any way work on the car, shame really as I have a feeling they might go fairly cheap.

Not ofter you come across 'Like New' wheels you want in almost the size you want and 4x98 pcd as well.

    I'll keep looking.
