Aye, my first Alfa was a 33 P4.

My brother-in-law had been playing with hot hatches, and ended up with a supercharged Lancia (Beta Volumex?) and a Strada Abarth. I went for a Renault 5 GT Turbo and then we got sensible - He got an 8v Integrale and I bought a 2 year old black 33 P4 from Black and White in Newbury.

He managed to write the Integrale off on boxing day of whatever year that was on black ice and going over a curb, down a ditch, and through a hedge backwards. In the meantime I was lowering the 33 (back end height always looked silly to me), and putting an Autodelta SS exhaust on it.

I kept it for about 18 months and then traded it for a 155 V6 (K840 VND - Anyone know it?). Not sure why, but having said that, loved the 155 and only got rid of that hen it started to fall to bits - traded it for a new 145 1.8 TS which the wife had for 5 years.

It is possible than Van now owns the P4. I have photos of the car I owned but nothing showing a number plate, so we are still trying to work out if it is the same car. Number plate seems familiar!!
