Are these a direct replacement for the OE 155 downpipe?

At first glance I'd say no. it doesn't look to have enough of a bend in it, and it doesn't have the pre-cat in it.
I've got a modified one in the garage without the pre-cat on and I'll take a pic of it so you can see what you think.

Thanks Steve, that'd be helpful.
It's the pre-cat I'm trying to get rid of....Jack mentioned something about the Integrale pipe fitting once the twin Q4 pipes are removed.

If I remember correctly, the Q4 downpipe doesn't have the flexi-part (there are 2 where it splits for the cats) and the Integrale does have one, but it needs a little cut and weld to make it clear the sump.
The modded one in the garage started life as an integrale one.

Ahh, I was wondering about the flexi...cut 'n' weld isn't a problem

Do you have a flexi joint?

I only have the two flexi joint just after the Y-section to the two cats. No more no less. The pre-cat is replaced with piece of RVS pipe.
If I can reach the front of the car, I'll try to make a picture.
The garage is a bit full

I had a look for the spare downpipe this morning and couldn't find it in my haste. It might have moved to the shed as the flexipart needed replacing.
I think part of the reason for using the Integrale downpipe was that it had the flexipart already in it, and the rest of the system I had at the time was solid. But it was originally put together so long ago I can't be 100%
The Q4 original is a solid pipe as the flexiparts are incorporated just after the Y section for the cats as Marc said.

Dragging this one up again...are either of these any good?
