Issues related to the new forum

I'm finding that the way the new post icons behave is not very consistent. Some icons revert to no new messages almost immediately, and some take an absolute age. I'm still poking about to find out why.

Am I being dim...where are the smileys/emoticons? Some work by typing but can't find their home

Which reply box are you using? The Basic one doesn't show them, but the standard and advanced reply boxes have the smilies at the side.

I've just changed your user so it shows with the standard reply box. You might want to give it another go now.

Its actually something you can set yourself in the UserCP > Options > Misc options.

Glad you've got the smilies now.
