You can send it to those guys who works with lathes and mills (sorry don't know the english word), surely they can easily do it.
BTW, I suppose you are also fitting Tipo's intake camshaft, don't you?
If I have no bad memory, the "magic" trick was to use Tipo's intake as Q4's intake and Q4's intake as Q4's exhaust.
Hope the last thing has been understood.
@juan: that's what i'm doing. Problem is that q4's intake doesn't have the place to put on the sensor

Ok, I just was confused cause you said exhaust instead of intake.
Any machinery shop should do it. Take in care that the groove can't be done in any place. It must be done in a position closely to original. Remember the Hall sensor just tells the ECU when cylinder 1 is in compression.
