Does anyone know where I can get this? Is this a DIY kit or are there some universal kits?

a friend of mine put those angel eyes on his 155. it was a bit of a pain to do but it looked good. unfortunately they only lasted a few weeks.
and an other friend installed them on his fiat punto, with the same result, they died within a month. :evil:

Serge, why do they die? High temperature?
