    Default Spring Cleaning

So, after far too long, started a spring clean on the car, don't worry not going to turn into a detailer by any stretch of the imagination, but I am going to smarten the old girl up a bit.

Started off with a proper wash, including all the door shuts, around the boot etc,

Then after a thorough dry off I decided to get the polisher out. As you can see 25 years have not been kind to the paintwork.

After a quick(ish) polish on the bonnet, things are looking better, but still not great, will be giving this another go over.

It will look much better when its all finished, but there is a long way to go yet.

I need to do a bit of that. Having bought it a new battery and given it a couple of runs this week I plan to keep at it and put a few more miles on. I've a few issues to address though. Nothing huge but things that are bugging me. I'll make a new thread on that soon.

After swapping the headlights back to UK spec I need to get them setup again, tricky as part of the adjusters has broken, but hopefully the only sticking point in getting an MOT.

Just out of curiosity, is it possible to change the adjusters or are you just screwed if they break?

THe adjusters come out easily, just a clip on the top and they should pull out.
