For camshafts setting there is trade-off between rpm ranges and not such thing as absolute correct setting. Depend on car setup, what is the goal, where is important rpm range and from where can be compromised. In short correct for what and for what spec car.
Did you have adjustable cam pulleys? If not you will be limited to move by teeth on cam wheels, which is probably the case here. In my opinion for particular setup optimal will be to be tested several combinations between intake and exhaust for 1,2 teeth move in advance, retard and to be chosen that one which you like the most. On dyno will be best. Will the car be live mapped or be used some generic tuning chip?
Here is one good thread on that subject in www.fiatcoupeclub.org/forum -> link. If you are not registered you will not be able to see it.
There is good data for camshaft options on http://www.lanciahf.eu site in section "Arbres à cames".

And your setup is intake camshaft from Tipo 16V and exhaust from original intake one, right?
From how I understand your measurements and as per below diagram
    LobeLiftLarge.gif
They are for "Base Circle" and "Base Circle and Lobe Lift", correct?
If so the difference have to be as much as lift difference if base circle is the same. So specified lift of 10.15 for Tipo 16V camshaft and 8.6 for original intake one mean difference something around 1.5mm.
Generally speaking measuring camshafts with precision of integer (no part after decimal) is not accurate.

Yes you are right. On the top of my car I have 16V input camshaft and lift 10.00mm

On the exhaust side the original inlet has camshaft and lift 8.6mm.

These are all true and there is no problem.

But the original exhaust camshaft lift is 8.6mm yüzden

I have 2 original exhaust camshaft in my hand.
    Size of Lobe: 32mm - 41mm = 8.6mm

Are you sure that these are original exhaust camshaft and not already swapped by someone else original intake camshafts?
I think that only on exhaust camshaft should have notches for cam sensor as this sensor in Q4 is on exhaust side.
Original exhaust camshaft are with smaller lift as per bellow screenshot from manual
