Default Re-balancing the turbo after a rebuild

I am going to do a home rebuild of the turbo (on the cheap as usual). Is it 100% necessary to have it re-balanced? If everything is marked up in the same place then surely nothing will have changed? Can they go out of balance in use?
    Cheers,
    Jack

In my opinion it have to be put on balance machine and then will be seen. How much for just balance service there?
It spins so fast, that very little is needed to be unbalanced.
One performance car is not enough ...

I think you are right. No point in trying to save £50
    Thanks,
