At that low milage its indeed looks great.

The previous owner of my car has replaced those lovely half leather seats to the fabric/drape(?) ones, so I'm a bit interested in those

Hi, I spotted this car for sale ages ago, if it's still up for sale I would imagine that it does have some problems.
I must admit that the wear and tear on the car doesn't seem to fit with the supposedly low mileage.
It's a bit of a risk buying one of these cars when you've got so little background.
