    Welcome, ChuckNorris ; )

Good luck with the project, it seems to me like it's going just fine. And the car is in pretty good shape too. If you need something you can't find as new parts feel free to ask as I might have some spares around. Btw, nice garage you have there. Keep up the good work!

Selenia Racing 10w60 here. Changed every 7500k.

ps: Pics with my Q4's custom rear springs setup (220mm high/ different thickness). The red ones were Eibachs and the black ones D2. I have 8J ET 25 with 205/40 R17 and 16mm spacers which slightely touches the wheel arches on bigger roadbumps. Was pretty interesting for me to find my favorite setup for the rear and still could be improved I think. A thicker ARB would make a big diffrence I'm sure.

    Greatings,
    Chris.

    Cool

    Thamks Wrinx! Thankes Brul!

Xti, your car is awsome! That wheels are the must! Very good taste indeed!
Im thinking in purchase some nice wheels in the future, after i fix all the details and put some nice horse power to be worthy!

My garage is an old warehouse of a flower company that my parents had back in the 90īs, got some nice space, but i dont have all the tools at the moment, im planning to build a nice workshop, and this is my second car im working in, had my Alfa Spider full overhaul.

I tryed to make a garage picture album but it seems that isnt working anymore, here some pics of the Spider:

Its a off-topic but its an Alfa! I just made the disassembly and assembly, the body and respray was made by a old friend who has a very nice garage.
Wrinx, keep up the good work, saw some pictures of your Alfa, i just cant imagine wath you have been thru. By the way, you have any idea how many horsepower your car have? (the Q4, not the awsome Zagato )

The inlet cam seems a nice mod to push a little the top end rpm, in the future ill chack for that too.

    Cheers

    Lightbulb More progress, some surprises

Heres some progress i made, had some time off for vacations, but im back to the project. I think i might need some tips help from you guys. The turbo was in really bad shape (big oil leak), and i found out that this engine broke the timing belt once, wich result on valve contact with the pistons, also the camshafts were very worn. Didnīt get acess yet to the crankshaft.

    My idea:

    -Wossner forged piston set+conrods
-Colombi bariani camshafts road max(dont know wich ones yet LD16.ST3 or LD16.ST2)
-Bigger fuel injectors + fuel pump
-Turbo Garret GTX28 with external wastegate or GT28 71R.
Im assuming it will need a better clutch but cant find any clutch upgrade at the moment.

Trying to get a reliable 250-300hp output.

All the sugestions and wisdom are welcome!
Im not rich so if theres a nice cheap reliable way to rebuild it its welcome

    Cheers

Keep up the good work. You will enjoy driving it every time as much as on the first day. And it gets better and better you'll see.

    Default Paint

Hello Juan, i have used VHT Wrinkle plus red spray paint, its very resistant and have that wrinkle finish, after paint applyed just passed a light sand paper on the letters of the cover. Im very pleased with the results .
