    Im search ngk details but Im interesting peoples experience.
    The biggest question are: Can I rise up the spark voltage for use iridium ?

    R: is mean resistor type spark plug
    P: is mean projected type spark plug
    Number: is heat range (8)

    I believe you can use it as long as the heat range is good.
