Cometic head gaskets

In hunting for Cometic head gaskets for the Q4, I found these. Which one is correct? I assume the different number at the back of the number points to the thickness? If that is true and it could be inches, then the WC4124-075 will be the closest to 1.9mm as 40 thou is a mm?

Have I lost the track altogether? Can somebody help?

Are the Tempra and the Integrale gaskets the same? The pictures on e-bay looks different?
