    Default Carbon parts...

    I find an carbon endcap for the gearbox on the Integrale/Q4 on the web.
    But i can`t find the shop on the web any more.
    Any one knowing abouth these part/shop...?

    Sorry don't know anything about the carbon endcap, but then again I'm not sure what the benefit of one would be.
    Lighter? Stiffer? Stronger?

    Are we talking about the same part? The part in the attached pic?

    There are 2 versions of this standard part, the early ones were weaker as the later ones had added supports on them.

    Maybe... It is the cap on the end to the "inner fender" i think it lokk like these one.

    Yep, thats one of the many broken and bent bits from that car. The later endcap has more strengthening gussets on it. The one that broke was from a 1992 car so I'm not sure when they moved over to the stronger design. But the broken part was cracked through an area that the new part had some strengthening in.
    If that makes sense.
