    Default Thermostats

I know this is a hard part to find, so I thought I'd share this link. Came across it whilst searching out some other stuff. They still list a thermostat for the Q4, not sure if they carry it as stock, but might be useful for the next person looking for one.

    Victor parts Thermostat.

    Nice find.
Hopefully the Coupe one will be around for a while to come. Can't remember the mod you have to do to it now though?

That's expensive, another crossover part which needs researching and archiving.

I wrote an article on how to convert Coupe type to integrale when they were thin on the ground, I can dig it out if anyone's interested.

You're not referring to removing the EGR set up are you?

Yes that's it - so no mods required then if the EGR on a Q4 has been removed.

Nope, having no EGR means you don't need to blank off one of the pipes on the thermostat. One that helpfully isn't on the replacement that available from the coupe (?)
