    Which GTV?

Can't see it myself, the old rwd GTV is going to be pretty different due to the transaxle and suspension setup, the new(er) GTV is not going to have mountings for a rear diff.
The Lancia Dedra Integrale rear subframe is a direct fit though.

It's becoming quite a well known mod for FWD 155s with one or two being converted in Europe and plans for at least one in the UK; gives something like 60mm extra track width on each side.

From memory the fuel tank has to be moved...but as Steve suggests, can't see it fitting a Q4.

My first post so hi to everyone!!

I have been told that the 155 Q4 subframe bolts to the gtv. I think just the main subframe to body shell bolt positions are the same 155 Q4 to GTV. A GTV subframe may bolt on to a 155 Q4 but there is no way of mounting diff etc with out a lot of work.

Now that would be an interesting car, GTV V6 with a rear diff and the Q4 running gear, or even better, modified to be rwd.

Thats right. The 155 is based on the Fiat Tipo platform. many many cars also share the same platform, Tempra, Dedra. Coupe, Nuova Delta, GTV etc etc. Some are FWD and some 4WD.

All rear subframes are interchangeable however you cant fit the 4WD system to a FWD subframe. Any 4WD subframe will be useable. Dedra, Tempra etc
