    Default 2nd Gen Lancia Delta

    This one

Did i read correctly that it uses a fiat tipo floorpan?

If so wouldn't it mean that you could transplant the 2.0l 16v Turbo engine into the 155 (or even a tipo ), pretty much using off the shelf parts.
Tune the engine and you have got a 250bhp+ fwd street sleeper!!

Says it in the Wiki too!

Well we know the engine goes, but with what gearbox? Is the 2nd Gen Lancia Delta's g/box shared with the Fiat Coupe 16vT maybe??

Also the 145/146 (TS, not the boxer), and I assume that the GTV would accept the engine without major problems. Lancia Delta 2, Thema, and Fiat Coupe use 2.0 16v T with fwd, so the gearbox can be taken from one of those.

Here is a Croatian 145 Integrale, but it could have been fwd just as easy:

On the same page there arew a few turbo Tipos:

    and so on....

Well, not really that big.........apart from the tuning, all you really need to do is make some holes for the rear diff, the fuel tank gets in the way, spare wheel, and a few other minor things.

The full Dedra integrale system fits into a Punto too, the Puntograle or 'Grama 2' as it was officially named was built as a one-off by Maggiora Coachbuilders who built the quality stuff for Lancia (Evo 2s, Kappas, Nuovo Delta HPEs (pictured above) etc), it's got the body of a Punto (no shit) over the chassis and engine of a Dedra integrale, It's bronze in colour and there are some pics of it floating around on the internet.

I have heard of 3 Fiat Coupes running around with the Q4/integrale 4wd system in them, one is in the UK and uses an 8v engine:

There is one in Greece which has a 20VT engine and this one in Denmark:

A friend of mine picked one of these up in NZ. Its probably the only one in the country. It has been sitting for years broken and neglected but it can be registered for road use so its quite a find!

Q4 system (front and rear suspensions, driveshaft, engine with gearbox) perfectly fits into 2nd gen Delta HPE (or Nuovo Delta as some call it). A bolt on solution, only you have to do two holes for the middle bearing of the driveshaft. And yes, figure out where to put a tank

It should be the same with Fiat Coupe, since it uses the same floorpan.

Also, Dedra front and rear subframes are the same as Q4. Completely interchangeable...

Visa versa should not be a problem (2wd turbo engine from Delta to 155).

If anyone wants to buy one, I can send contacts of a person, who might sell his Delta HPE converted into 4WD in a good condition
    Cheers
