Reboring is an option when I need this engine. For now it's a spare lying around as a spare.

Sorry, I forgot you have a new spare one...
Nice to have a spare one to make it a serious race engine, while continuing driving the car.

Unfortunately the car is a non runner at the moment.
New and spare parts aren't my main problem, it's the time to actually do something. Besides this, I think the body needs some attention also.

I'll take it step by step, in no hurry

    Hi,

i am from Czech Republic and at this moment i am rebuilding my 155Q4. I have motor in very bad shape, similar to yours. I have it dismantled and colecting info where to get new parts. My block can be rebored, but when i saw your new one, my eyes started to sparkle. Can i ask you where is this magical shop in germany? And how much costed your parts? Block especially, but others like crank shaft, which i desperately need a new one. It would be very helpful for me.

I am trying to build semi-race engine with estimately 300HP, want to use wosner pistons and PEC rods.

Thank you for every help i can get

First of all, welcome Take your time and start reading the entire forum There's a lot of knowledge on the forum about various subjects. Also take a moment to introduce yourself and your car

You can find most of the parts at Bielstein They have some original parts and also have reproduced other parts most commonly needed. They also sell through Ebay, but I advise you to contact them by mail (you won't pay for the ebay fees ). About the pricing I can only tell you to get in contact with Bielstein and ask them. It all depends on your needs If you write them in English I am sure you will get an anwser on all your questions.

But before you start your engine project, be sure that you have thought it over and know what you want to accomplish.

    Hello,

I apologize for my rush and late answer. I have soo little free time. In time i will surely look through forum and post some info and photos about my project. Curently i took your advice and made a trip into germany before cristmas to Bielstein. Very nice shop and dealings. I bought almost whole engine bottom, planning to visit them again sometime in April to take rest of parts i need (cams, injestors and such), although am still not 100% sure what to you.

Again thank you for your advice

No Jack, no progress at all.
Been very busy with other things.
I am afraid the car has to wait a bit longer.

Tomasson, great to hear you are making progress and made some nice purchases Looking forward to see your project hear on BerlinaSportivo.
