Gearbox ? gear ratio / teeth

Does anyone knows the gear ratios {and teeth numbers ? that?s will be more helpful} on the oem gearbox? Mostly I concern for the 1st, 2nd and maybe the 3rd gear too.
Do you think there are any other ?SHORTER? gears {from another model maybe ? Delta HPE HF} that can be used?
