Default my idle is still high, and not stable

the icv has been cleaned, but my idle still moves around a bit, and it is also a bit high, between 1050 and 1200, it moves constantly up and down aprox. 50-100 rpm's.

    any suggestions?

check them all and the hoses from inlet plenum to inlet manifold too.
I had the same problem, deteriorating by time {1100 -> 1300 -> 1500 ->1700} and finally I find out that the inlet manifold gasket is gone at the 1st cylinder. Waiting for the gasket to arrive and hope there will be no other problem.

for the small bore hose just remove each hose at the time and block the inlet tube for it.
If idle return to normal you know which small bore hose is the faulty one.

If nothing change then go for the bigger tubes/hoses. Some check these {big} hoses spraying water-soap solution on them and check for bubbles. I've just spayed lubricating grease on them and, spraying it on the gasket {at the 1st cylinder, in my case} I've noticed a momentary {for 1 - 2 second at max} drop of the 'idle' speed to lower rpm, almost to normal idle speed. Then idle rised to 1700 rpm again. Did that for 3 - 4 times and always had the same result.
