    Default knock sensor

I think the oem sensor in our cars as well the Intrgrales , Thema, Dedra and Ford Siera Cosworth, is the Marelli 'SEN 14B' {581800050000}.

Does anyone have the specifications {tech data} of this one? Voltage output at 12Khz-16Khz is what mostly concerns me.

I am almost (99,999) sure that it is a bosch sensor, (is on both mine)
    data sheet here http://www.datasheetarchive.com/pdf-...DSA-392831.pdf

But i am unsure how many volt, it use, could be nice to know, because i am building a Omex ECU on my car, and they are only one wire to the knock sensor..

No, on my car it's the Magneti-Marelli 'SEN 14B' {I found my notes about it} and at least on one of the other Q4s in this forum.

From this Bosch data sheet I can not understand the output voltage. In the 'table' {pg 2} indicates 'mV/g' vs Khz, and this 'g' is the gravity acceleration. ???

    Anyone else with more infos?

All Q4s came with marelli, the one that Nick says.

Yes Nick, g is gravity acceleration, and here its used as unit for acceleration (instead of m/s2). Its used the same as MATCH (for sound speed).

    Hi guys.

got problem with my knock sensor. In my car is SEN 14B (2 pin connector) and its dead. Guy sold me new knock sensor but it is Bosch 0 261 231 095 (3 pin connector). I noticed its diferent one later in garage (my fault). But on internet i found it is used in lancias and coupes 2.0 16VT engines. Any idea if i can use it with modified connection? Or if i can get somewhere new one SEN 14B? I was looking through out whole net and found nothing.

    Big thanks
