    Default Oil cooler

    Hi there,

    1) What should I have in mind while choosing a new more efficient oil radiator/cooler?
    2) Is it worth installing a fan behind it (I believe it could be usefull at lower speeds)

It will go into the same place as OEM one, so the space is quite limited. (the high and width of OEM radiator is approx. 140x215 mm). The fog ligth will go away to help make more air flow. My new ball bearing turbo is oil cooled only so need a better oil cooling than I have now.

I can have Mocal oil radiator off the shelf here, have no idea if it's of good design though.

    Any thoughts appreciated.

I removed the fog lights {both of them} and modified the plastic part in front of the radiator too. Not that helpful though in city traffic. Fan behind the radiator/cooler is my next 'project'.

Do not know anything about Mocal's rad - sorry.
