Default How to 'switch off' the ABS system

I have been having fun with using the ABS system on the track - its interesting to have the pedal pulsing like mad at every braking episode - especially in the wet...

but I may eventually want to switch this function off. Is there a way (by simply removing a fuse etc) that the ABS can be effectively switched off without altering the operation of anything else?

    Thanks, jimn~

Yes I think just pulling the ABS fuse does it. OR if you can locate the ABS ECU that should do it.

    Have a look here:

Pulling the fuse should work fine

ABS helped the DTM 155s though...

if you remove or put a switch on the warning light of abs on the dash .
the abs go off if the light is cutted or burned .

The switch option is better for me. Just cut the electric power to the ABS system {located under the rear seat}.

It's more fun to drive-break without it as long as you can moderate the power to the break pedal.

    Keep us posted.

if you want to disable abs ,
you can just remove right front wheel abs socket under the hood ,
you can see it ,near left side of the steering resevuar fluid ,
its a yellow ,light brown socket
