Default Problem cutoff withmy 155 Q4

First of all I tell to you that I have replaced:
    1) pistons
    2) connecting rods
    3) modified the aspiration ducts and the unloading ducts
    4) T3/t4 turbine
    5) intercooler
    6) 460cc injector

Now I have remapped the car but I have the problem. When I speed up and exceed the 4500/5000 gm the car cut off and crackles to the unloading. In ECU there are not errors. The sensor knock works, unloading gases are at 700 degrees. The pressure does not exceed 1 bar. Can you help me please?

    Fuel pressure?

Are you running an uprated fuel pump or increased the flow?

Sorry I have forgotten. I have replaced the pump which has a 270 l/h range and the pressure of the petrol is at 3,5 bar now.

Is it like a very violent cut off like when on the standard map when the boost exceeds 1.5Bar?
I can only imagine it is not being fed enough fuel. Can you get your map checked out?

Yes the cut off is like when the standard map exceed 1,5 bar, but the pressure is 0,5 bar when the ecu cut off.

Can you help me to attach the map file?

Thanks a lot for the help

From my ignorance,... Is it possible that it is a misfire? Bobbins, cables of spark plugs... have you changed the original spark plugs for another colder ones like the NGK B8EGV?

    You're wellcome mate,

Remember that i'm not a mechanic or similar, but i have read that when you remap or put on a chip on your car, colder spark plugs are necessary; probably with the standar spark plugs they can't asume the "extrajob" are doing now? (this is a question for the forum's "gurus")

Check your cam sensor position, could be that ECU is in safety mode.

Maybe while remapping they have changed the cutoff limit.

Does it always makes the cutoff as the same RPM?

I have verified with my TECNOTEST diagnosis but not there are wrong errors or values. And when the cutoff appear the diagnosis does not mark anything.
    It's a mystery

This is andreaaa72's map file, I am not sure if it will download or mean anything to anyone. I do not know what the file type is. You may have to put your own extension.

It's a 10103 based file with Injection base map and Ignition base map modified as well as the rpm limits, Overboost duty cycle and boost limits. Just them and nothing else 'strange'!

rpm limits are at :7211 and 7156 rpm.

    Just convert this file into a .bin file {you could use Prog Studio 6.09 - its free to download} and then use the TunerPro with wolf's xdf and you can see this file and compare it to the oem 10103 file {this one - 10103 - has some differences with the oem 10104 file.}
