Solved the back-firing issues I have had for some time now, It all was the hole way a "broken" misfiring ignition lead for the 3rd cylinder.. You would think that a workshop that charge you 1100 Euro...
It would be the ultimate look of a "road" 155 in my opinion, a bit low but should be as driveable as with the silverstone frontsplitter I have had the lasst 2 summers..
But..

I have rebuilt this engine myself during the summer, before it started just perfect but was leaking oil (hence the rebuild) when in parts...
I agree with Jan, the thicker the better as I intend to use my car on trackdays and "active driving" to and from.. Understand It might get a little stiff on rainy days but a price I can pay for that...

My thought was to change all the pulleys (crank included), tensionerbearings to 25mm wide-variant and SKIP the balancebelt BUT leave the balanceshafts in?!

Canīt the wide timingbelt be fitted with only the removal of the balancershaft-belt (and leave the shafts in) ??
