I like this a lot, I've told you that.
That should be interesting when its up and running. Is that intercooler pipe going to clear the headlight?
Excellent project!
Towed the car up to leicester so is seating at the workshop this is going to be my 1st job to finish in my spare time.
Hoping to have finished running, mot and taxed for retro-rides in august
Good luck on getting everything finished in time, its the small jobs at the end that always seem to eat up the time.
Is it not done yet? come on Chris get your finger out
Full steam ahead next to get it finished just booked mot for sat 4th august. Then will run around in it for a few weeks before retro-rides
Congratulations, moving house and finishing a project car at the same time. Nothing like a bit of stress huh?
nice one chris I hope it passes ok it should be good fun
Got a citroën zx wiper arm and bracket so will have a single wiper on it
Exhaust made, intercooler piping done, front bumper cut, battery bracket in boot, brakes bleed, single wiper, collected up loads of pipes, inlet manifold back on and mounted power steering bottle on offside chassis leg.
And made hole in the drivers footwell to sill it was 50/50 that it was going to need welding
Will do photos Friday night
Well it's running but didn't have it finished for retro-rides. I still have to weld floor, modify roll cage, rear n/s wheel bearing, o/s/r trailing arm bearings and a few wires still to connect. Look at indicators and as not working. Going to repaint rear subframe, poly bushes and both trailing arm bearings
It was a splendid effort Chris, so close,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
