Alfa 145 2.0 16vt 4x4 :: 2012 Alfa Romeo Alfa 145 (2012-08-11 13:44:43)
Hi Fakin,
welcome to the forum, must say the car looks a bit of a monster. I guess there was no room under the bonnet for the turbo!
What sort of power is it putting out?
:thumb: I am liking this car!!!!
Mean looking 145 :D :smoke:
Hello, I'm looking for some parts of the alfa, so I hope to get your help. I ride for eight years drag race! Car has 830 HP, for now and once the season is again processed and increases the power. I would ask you if anyone has any information where he could find a sequential gearbox or dogbox to let me know. Coming into account shortshift if there is someone that has been tested that it works well.
Turbine engine is out of space for better cooling and less heating of the space around the engine. Thanks in advance, any information about the parts is good because I came very hard to find.
How do you stop this bullet, what kind of brakes does it have? Great space machine btw!
The engine has 688 hp at 2.6bar and currently can not over the limit for the turbine and 150 hp nitro. Best time in 402 meters is 9.8 seconds, top speed 297 km / h on the GPS. The brakes are original from Q4 and car brakes mint just because the maximum facilitated, doors, hoods, fenders are made of plastic, all unnecessary items were removed for the race.
The new arrival is already turbuna, much larger, direct port nitro around 250 hp will be, but still looking good Gearbox or* dogbox.
Sounds like your best bet for a gearbox will be either the R70 or R90 gearbox from Lancias rally days.
Not sure on the exact details, but I think the R70 is similar to the standard gearbox expect it is strengthened with straight cut gears. The R90 is a completely different design and even better.
I did hear that Lancia used a 6 speed sequential box at the end of the Deltas rally life but god knows how much that would be.
Delta Parts have got both, but I suggest you sit down before taking a look as they are very expensive.
Is the car strictly for drag use then, or does it get out on the road as well?
Bacci-Romano also do a 5 and 6 speed sequential box for the Integrale, which will fit as well. Its at the top of this page. Integrale sequential gearboxes
The problem is that it is quite expensive and untested in dreg races,car is only for race. He would be pleased if they could get something like this(from alfa 147)-http://img833.imageshack.us/img833/9527/img0045ij.jpg

That is looking pretty epic. Whats the large tank next to the engine for? Ice cooled chargecooler for the drag strip?
