Don't know about the car specifically, but here are a couple of points from looking at the advert.
It looks like a series 1 car from the advert, so it should have the waterspray kit. Also the series 1 cars, as a rule were 1992/1993, but this one says its a 1994 model. Might just have been registered late.
It looks a little pricey as well for a car with 100k miles under its belt, but it is in a rare colour. It would need to be in exceptional condition to be worth that much.
Just my 2p worth.
