...does anyone know if a box from the 16v will fit a Q4?
I've asked this on the Fiat forum and one of the guys reckons the only difference is the transfer box for the Q4 which has something else (viscous coupling???) in it's place on the Fiat version.
Can it be made to fit?
(not an urgent query, my gearbox/bearing whines a bit but isn't broken yet!)

I remember some of the Integrale boys talking about this a couple of years back. I'm sure someone found gearbox internals that allowed you to do this but they cost somewhere in the region of ?6000 I think they came from Astra Racing.
I know a 6sp will fit the 16v block with some little mods, a fella on FCCUK is doing this. I need to send him some pics so he can work out whether the transfer box will bolt on.
