the track sud ... into the garage, the donor in white, and erm for some reason dont have pic of finished article ?! der! anyway, its now in my mates shed waiting for its P4 conversion...

Well it sounds like the car's body is finished with the corrosion... so i think you need to rebuild that area and paint it again..I hope you understand what I am trying to say you. Good Luck mate.
