155 V6 ignition problem

Hi, everyone.
I have a problem with my V6. After I rubbed the oil pump drive head I decided to pull the engine from the body. Motor torn down to the last screw and folded again. After inserting it into the body turned out that I have to replace the wires on the coil from 1 to 5 and 5 to 1 cylinder because otherwise it does not work properly. It looks to reset the ignition just do not know how it happened. Timing is set perfectly, coil replaced. Connections to ECU checked. Everything looks smooth and well combined and yet the problem is.
Have any of you met with such a problem?
