Is there any reason why you can't use an Integrale gearbox instead, the ratios might be a little shorter but it should do the job. The gearbox mount for the unit is part of the endcap of the box which you might just still be able to get hold of.
I have an 8v integrale one but it's a rod I need a linage one. I suppose a 16v integrale one would do if I seen pictures.... Know of any mate?
Ideally you'd need the box from an Evo 1 or 2 as I'm assuming you are looking for the center Diff/VC as well and the later ones have the rearwards torque split.
I'd start off getting in touch with the Integrale specialists, Auto Integrale, Walkers, John Whalley that sort of place.
I have a rear axle, diff, driveshafts, prop etc from a 155 q4 I bought a 8v delta box and diff thinking it would be the same but the linkage was wrong.
Will try them. Do you think the diff would be the same?
Emails sent to them company's. Are the gearboxes the same as an Alfa 155 q4 then?
As far as I know they are the same apart from a slightly lower ratio and possibly how they are mounted to the car, but as I said the gearbox mount is part of the endcap.
Maybe someone else can confirm they are the same box.

If you have a gearbox but only problem is the linkage how about swapping the cables for rods or vise-versa?

No mate it's complete box i need for a project. I put a 20vt coupe engine in a mk2 Punto about 4ish years ago now, mounted the rear of a Alfa 155q4 on it, but I just bought a 16vt coupe engine under the bonnet of a mk1 so was going to 4x4 that to...Quote:

I used to know a 155 Q4 gear box around here but as far as I remember it had the case cracked or something like that...if I will find it again I will let you know about it.
