Did you order the set complete set (6 hoses!) ?
I have noticed that you get only 4 hoses for the calipers.
At least that was the case when I ordered mine.
I realy like the contrast between the color of the car, the wheels and the brake calipers :smoke:
Greetings,
Marc
the 2 extra hoses located to the front of the rear axle
I ordered them through the same shop (specialized in brake parts ). These two hoses are often forgotten, your not alone there ;)
Goodridge is able to make hoses on request, by your specification. I had problems with the hoses at the rear end, they got torn off  I ordered two new hoses, only a couple of cm longer this time.
Greetings,
Marc
I was just skimming back over this thread and I don't think you told us about you how solved the rear differential problem?
Back to performance upgrades ... new turbo fitted

looks good - I enjoyed looking at the album! What level of boost are you planing on (for the garrett)?

j1v, your car is going to become my dream's car!!!
one question, why did you take off the bumper of the car?
Any ideas where to buy a new knock sensor. The two sensors I have are both badly damaged ( the rubber insulation + very bad cables) and I really don't want to get another used one
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/New-Knock-Sens...6#ht_868wt_732
is that the same one as in q4 ?
It's looks equal, but can't be sure if it's the same.
Shouldn't be the same as Cosworth uses almost the same ECU (IAW P8)??
very impressive project J !
how far do you think it is from being ready to drive?
i want to be there as the co-pilot for the first run out lol
i can't tell ... trying not to rush and do the things like i want to and not like i can at the exact moment
I was wondering what are your plans on the oil cooler and air passage to it with this front bumper, or are going to change the location of the oil cooler/radiator.
Thanks
Did some tests on the rear brakes today. Old front discs with evolution calipers ... not exactly bolt-on but not so dificult at all, hopefully will be done next weekend

Interesting...which model of caliper; and how are you dealing with the handbrake?

Hi, Jivco.
How did you managed with the two extra brake hoses?
I have also received a 4 hoses kit and the local dealer sais that these are the Goodridge specifications for the 155Q4. I have sent them the chassis number too before ordering.
After I have compared with the OEM brake hoses, it doesn't seem to me having same sizes at all. Neither the same configuration.
My curiousity is why Goodridge have same specifications for 155Q4 as for others 155... http://www.goodridge.co.uk/car-brake...alfa-romeo.htm
there is a set with 4 brake hoses and one with six, you just need the one with six
Thanks, Jivco.
Jan, do you have by chance some picture with the 6 hoses kit.
? I'm thinking to show it to my local dealer too. Thanks in advance.
Cheers,
Cristian.
I got a picture:

Thanks. I hope this will make my local dealer reconsider their work.
This comes up now and again on alfa155.org. Have a look here for an idea of 6 hose set part numbers:

Thanks very much, Jack !
This is really helpful to me.
I hope we'll meet sometime having lots of beers.
