When did you hear this Wrinx? The red Q4 I sold was sold to a guy who wanted to mount a 20vt Fiat engine Longitudinally driving the rear diff via a Getrag box. Then go racing with it. Not sure the rear diff would be man enough for the job myself.

Ahh, now that's interesting! I was told the story at last year's National Alfa Day, the mods being done a few years ago so would fit with you moving, source is 100% reliable.
Can you remember your old registration number for my list (and chassis no. would be helpful :D)?

So getting the engine number might be a problem...?

probably 10 q4's in Norway.
I know of 5 of these through cuoresportivo.no which is the norwegian alfa forum, at least 2 of the 5 are wb's. Mine's not
It's ok, so can I ;)

Haven't heard or seen Mike for a long while. I think he is mostly retired. At least he completed his Bi-Motore dream before though :)
He has retired but I know someone who is still touch with him. Already fired off Email so I will update when I get a response
Finally got a response from Mike.
Ron's car was a RHD 155 into which he inserted Integrale mechanicals, equivalently a RHD Q4. The 4WD was then removed to put it back to a FWD spec but still utilising the turbo motor
My car is featured in a nice article in the dutch car magazine GTO.
They also mention 2701 Q4's produced.
So we still have 1500 series 1. But series 2+3 are 1201. Of wich I suspect the majority to be series 2.
The count for widebody 155's in the netherlands is 6. The last car wich could be a wb is most likely a series 2 car.
35 cars sold in the netherlands
series 1: 13
series 2: 15
series 1 or 2: 1
series 3: 6
1 car is either series 1 or 2, not sure until i get its data, wich could be never:rolleyes:.
I would be surprised if there are more than 500 wbQ4's worldwide.
The shoot was on zandvoort racetrack.
