I would definitely get rid of that plastic gauge, you're looking for trouble with it in such a hot engine bay. That is of course if you're not planning to drive with it, but use it only for setting the pressure now and then.
Getting closer....

Looking forward to see your Q4 ready to go. Do you feel the same, Gery? I'm sure you deserve that after this great work. Good luck!
Cheers,
C.
Gery, be careful with the nyloc nuts - i used them on the calipers - and the nylon part melted out first go!
Perhaps these are the ones to have:

Thanks Guys!
I'll try to get different nuts.
Thanks XTI, you're right! :D
It looks great Gery, I envy your Lancia Kappa Manifold. I have given up trying to find one :(

Have you tried to contact them?
They probably got many of them, they have almost every italian car.
If you have no success, than tell me, I'll try!

That's a nice bit of hard piping for the intercooler!
Does that cooler fit ok behind the bumper?
Also is it impossible to keep the aircon when fitting a large intercooler?
No, the bumper needs to be cutted, aproxx 60% of the inside.
No, the aircon could be fitted between the IC and the water cooler.
The reason I don't have it is because I've got a bigger turbo, so the factory fan doesen't fit anymore. So I needed a slim fan between the two radiators. :(
Does the bumper still look standard from outside?
Do you think the aircon radiator could be relocated elsewhere with custom pipes? Maybe to the original intercooler location?
No, the aircon radiator must be fitted on it's original place.
If you use the OEM cooler fan it is really easy, no nned for modifications. The order is really important. outside is the IC, next is the aircon, and the last one is the water radiator. It is because usually IC is most coolest and water is hottest most of the time. Otherwise they would not cool but heat each other.
Here are some pictures of the install:

Space between the two coolers.
(If you do not use this fan, you have place for the aircon.)

The air con won't work properly if you put an intercooler in front of it. It needs the cold air. It won't break anything, but it won't cool your interior until the intercooler has cooled off again.
Some DIY short-shift kit made of 5mm alu plate.
(I don't have time to wait for the 'fancy' machined one, it's not a big effort to do this...)
