Its a single wiper conversion but garage tells me the motor has shot, they asked me to find one as said its a different one to the standard wiper alfa 155 motor?
is that correct and if so where can i find a motor for single wiper conversion in the UK?

I think the single wiper conversion kits were made by a German company called Bonrath, you are probably going to have to contact them to find out what motor they used. I'd imagine it would be an off the shelf motor so shouldn't be that hard to get hold of.
Some conversions simply involve cutting the motor linkage and re-welding it...is it a "proper" conversion?
Can you get some close up pictures of the motor to check if it's the original part?
