1.9jtd cambelt change

Hi, My mate had a cambelt change on his 147 1.9jtd at Veloces of London, they only charged him £250.00!! Gotta be the cheapest Belt job,
Thats the price for all 1.9jtd engines.

Only the belt or with all the necassery parts like tensioner etc. ?

That sounds bloody good value, even if it is just for the belt change, must be an easy job on the 1.9 jtd engine.

I've been out of the UK for a few years now, but at a main dealer I'm sure they are going to be charging you @ £100 /hr .

1.5 hrs work and the new belts is gonna eat up most of that £250 bill.
