Have anyone in this forum any experience from this http://www.scara73.it/varie/varie2.html ?

I know that several users on the Fiat Coupe and Evoforum have built similar "Advanced Code Readers" by themselves, but as far as I know this one is the only one available on the market. I sent Sandro on Scara73 an e-mail and was told that it costs ?340 and that it has no logging functionality. But compered to the original, which is more expensive also as second hand, it seems like a good pride for soemthing that could read all fault codes and show all parameters in the ECU.

Any comments?

I was interested in making a "Barnacle widget" like the guys on FCCUK. THe guy who originally designed gave me this link: http://www.circuitcellar.com/avr2006/winners/DE/AT2625.htm

I never did get round to looking at it properly - its a bit beyond me I think.

Neil published that a few years ago and said that he was about to set up a production arrangement with some electronic manufacturer and I have had some contact with him but it seems like it is still very much DIY. He published the electric scheme and give you some hints, but you hav eto figure out the programming yourself...

Well, I haven't scanned his webpage recently so I can't say for sure that nothing more has happend.
