Guys,

I want to share with you the photos of my new Inox manifold that was done here in Buenos Aires.
This is the first modification for my Q4, and the turbo will be changed too at same time (using a new cartridge of same original turbo)

Do you recommend 3" diameter exhausts if Evo o Squadra are added ?

I hope you enjoy the pics!

this is not the final product that goes on the car I hope ? There is a lot of dremmeling to be done to the inner sides of the walls, to get it working just perfect.

The first three are in huge need of smoothing (http://img160.imageshack.us/my.php?image=dscf0974ln9.jpg) this pic.

In general thou Nice shiny stuff (Bling Bling :) )

Yes, you right I'll take my time doing a polishing job there.
But I can't pretend too much for 1/3 of the price of Superturismo or similar , don't you think ?

and smoothing of the exhaust pipes is a bit ott... too much pressure there to have a eal benefit....

I agree. Turbo charged engines in general need a lot less attention to the details. Still, when going to the high end of output and performance, details tweaking is a must. But hey, my friends think that I am always pushing the limits too far, when we go to the engine areas... :)

but there is a real difference in port matched and non exhaust manifolds, and it presents itself with the turbo lag - therefore try to keep as smooth as possible.
