Can someone with the ePER stick their chassis number in and tell me what the "vehicle number" is for their car please (bottom left corner)?

Mine is coming up as "00000000"

I get 00046330

Is it sad to know the chassis number by heart?

Your vehicle number is: 00052659, the highlighted bit in your post is the chassis number.

Still intrigued as to why mine is showing 00000000???

what's your chassis number wrinx? I can have a look at the original Alfa's spare parts CD and see what is coming up.
My chassis number is 00134081 and the vehicle number is 00153455.

Cheers

You can always contact:

dr. Marco Fazio - Centro Documentazione Alfa Romeo – Viale Alfa Romeo, Arese (Mi) Tel. 02-444 29 115

and try to know some more about your Q4...

Might just write to him... ;)

my cd gives only the engine number which should be 0032072 and that it's a '92 model! No vehicle number!!! You should have the intercooler water injection preinstall too.

If you get a reply, let me know and I'll post the numbers up on the site somewhere. Be nice to know exactly how many Q4's were produced.

The people looking after the documentation all seem to be enthusiasts. When I spoke to Alfa UK about the docs needed to get the Q4 registered in France, the guy I dealt with was pretty excited about the Q4.

Here in Greece when I spoke with the Alfa dealer in Thessaloniki, they gave me a printed paper with all the info about the car {production date, engine number, interior, exterior color ...} and the complete list with all the 'extras' mounted on this car from the fectory!
Yes, they were even more excited about this car than me and they 'asked' me to keep it original. Even my mechanic, who at the times of 'Bertone' have had his time in Autodelta, refuses to make any mods in the car insisting that Q4 is a very rare car.

It seems that were 2701 of Q4 produced... (I wonder were it would be the last one ever produced)

For some reason I always thought there were more than 2701 cars built. I thought there were 2500 series 1 cars (with waterspray). Seems like more and more Q4 facts are surrounded in myth and mystery.

Doesn't list any widebody Q4 or V6 cars for 1995.

I think they only list cars under their introduction date, after that the switch to widebody is refered to as a facelift.
