Anyone know?

A guy I met at the AutoItialia day who has a Thema has upgraded his from 286mm to 384mm - These were from an Evo 1 Integrale - I wonder what the Q4 has as standard?

They are same 384cc as delta integrale.

Thanks TBO!

how can you tell the cc of an injector? for instance, what is the size mounted to V6 and 16v 155's? (out of curiosity)

Aren't they colour coded??? No idea which colours mean what though

They are all 384 cc, but allegedly they have different pattern spray. Integrale 16v and EVO 1
have green injectors, Q4 and EVO 2 have grey injectors.

Anyone know which is better?

Didn't the Evo 1's have a larger Turbo, so therefore different boost characteristics to the Evo2 and Q4. Maybe the different spray pattern was to help with this?

Also (wolf probably) are the cc's measured at a specific duty cycle rather than flat out?

Just as a piece of info, the Thema with the 2.0 T has an Air Flow Meter, and the map sensor I am told is contained in the ECU.

No, older green injectors of 16v end evo 1 should be worse then newer grey ones. I think that it was only minor changes of the new improved version.

EVO 1 has larger turbo, but not necessearily higher boost. Its higher power came from more efficient turbo at high revs and same boost as in EVO 2.

This is the technical sheet for injectors where you can se the test conditions:

Flow rate (348cm3/min) is tested at a constant fuel pressure (300kPa = 3kg = 43 psi).
Q4?s injector allow 5kg of fuel pressure, so flow at that pressure would be higher.
