At the moment I would say the best place to get one from would be the States. The dollar is very weak at the moment, so it will be cheap enough to cover the postage/import costs.

Failing that, get down a scrappy and hunt out a saab 9-3/900 turbo, they use the same turbo as a standard Q4.
