While I was reading the forum...
OMG !
I must hurry if I want one like these for myself.
Wrinx, if I'd only have your home adress...

Now seriousely, it's really impressive. I like it a lot and I can imagine what Alfa 155 means for you. Impressive...

Just when I thought I knew who my mates were...

I fell for 155s nine years ago.....still love them now! :)

I guess the models reflect that.....and the Matta!

Hmmm, tempting...
But if I think twice, after that I'd have to defend it myself from my kids. I remember what happened with a Ferrari collection of mine (btw...Wrinx, watch out because it can be pretty painful). Anyway Jack, won't forget you with this one and hope we'll have the pleasure to drink a beer sometime, it's on me.

Abouyt mates...only God knows what we are capable to do for an 155.
I really have no doubt about you're inlove with 155s, I can see what happened to me in just about few months.
I also have noticed your addiction for the Matta, of course. My congrats.

PS. Sorry if I was a little bit offtopic. Thanks guys,
Chris

Oh, this...this is more than I could guess. I can smell some history here, which I like very much, and no doubt again... a lot of passion. As you have Matta on your history corner, I have this dream with the Duetto. I hope some day I'll reach my dream too.
I like your way of life, because this is what ALFA is, isn't it?

Congrats,
Chris.

Good luck to you, I love having something that is part of Alfa's long history :smoke: I hope you get a Spider one day ;)

My favorites at the moment are two antonette43 155's wb! models.

http://img152.imageshack.us/img152/3553/kms1img600x450119148941lj9.jpg

Second picture is not mine but i have this model here.
Antonette 43 makes handbuild very high quality models. The detail is amazing, but they are pretty expensive. (130 euro before custom tax each! ) I had to have them as it is the only version of the widebody 155 i know of. (next to the 1:87 155 stw versiuons.)
Inside you can see the seatbelts, and the correct climat control buttons.

Both versions are sold out already as i heard.

I have both the sport(with black speedlines.) and the 16V japan last edition verion with the antracite wheels.

My whole collection is a lot bigger, these are just the 155's:

I have *all* herpa 155 1:87 ones. Plus all the trucks in 1:87.
And the albedo 155 dtm trailer. (lots of the same. I bought the lot.)
10 * 1:18 ut models dtm.
2 * abc brianza. 1 gta 1 v6ti. 1:43
8 remember build 155's (v6ti, gta, polizia, some more on order.)
50 minichamps dtm/btcc in 1:43
2 street minichamps 1:43
1 handbuild gta in 1:43 not sure wich kit.

If you like alfa model car check out this topic:

For the rest just look in the dutch topic i mentioned above. Carefull of getting greedy.

Wrinx might even find some trackstar cars in there.
And don't worry wrinx has also some models i don't have.

I saw that one up on eBay and did think about bidding. Good job i didn't now.

Looks like they did their research when they modeled that one.

And it is a model i did not have already.

(Also bought another wb-antonette from the same seller, sorry wrinx....)

They are the Remember 155 gta from soli. With the Coca Cola livery.
And the 155 zagato from carpin in white.
Sorry for the bad picture quality. But my cameraphone is my camera.

And for the filling of the cabinet i also got these:

http://img141.imageshack.us/img141/3764/foto049smallri3.jpg

155 V6TI keychain and the still unworn martini watch.
(Not 1:43 but didn't feel the need to open a new topic.)

I saw two Remember models on ebay yesterday(?), went for a silly amount of money!

Can't justify paying the money the newer models are going for...@?60-80!

Q4Jan

I only buy remembers on ebay if they stay "cheap".
Say below 55 euros.
As i can get them mostly for 70 euro including shipping.
Even the carpin was 70 euro.

Antonette 43 made a 2.5V6 verison of the 1:43 arrivederci alfa romeo 155.
I ordered two on raccoon. If you are fast they might have some.
(one for me, one for a fellow 155 driver.)

I got a new favorite.....

http://img156.imageshack.us/img156/4776/foto174rk0.jpg

A conversion from a Antonette43 sportiva to my own car.

Round blinkers on the side, correct numberplate, no letters on the back, just the Q4 logo, and the HF logo above the side-blinkers.

Only thing wrong are the yellow fog lights, i got white ones. (I could change the original though. )

Wow!!! Never seen one that big...any links?

Edit: Found some...nearly €400!!!
Edit2: Even worse, the red/blue Martini versions are €1000!!!

The cheaper of the two is the kit, than you have to build it.

http://www.abcbrianza.com/

And than use abc-shop search for 1:14 brianza and 155 gta.

Mine was cheaper.

Q4Jan
10-12-09, 05:56
I also have the 1:43 brianza gta.

Almost no difference.
