Does anyone have a list of Bosch injector colours?

The new manifold has come with 3 injectors ,Green tops and yellow bands, and the 4th injector a black top and grey band.

Mismatched injectors?

Well a closer look reveals that 3 of the injectors are Bosch, 060-0280-150-450 and one looks to be a Weber injector. But the only number I can see on it is 3233/00 which seems incomplete.

Does anyone know if the Bosch injectors are the same as the standard Q4 ones?

Bosch number is 0280150450
flow must be 335 cc/min
16 ohms impendanse

Our stock injectors are the bigger one. Marelli 058 are 384cc. It is better to use these one

Cheers for that chaps. Does anyone have any info about the 1 Weber injector 3233/00. Be interesting to see if it actually is a match for the others.

The original one is Magneti Marelli IAW058, they can inject 385cc of fuel under 3 Bars pressure in a minute. The impedance of these injectors are 14.5 Ohms.

You can use different size injectors with the same electrical characteristics for theoretically, if you can adjust the pressure of the system but there is one point to be careful of: duty cycles of the injectors will match if you are not using lambda to adjust the afr. (The injector is going to open for the same period of time on load so they have to inject same amount of fuel in the same amount of time under the pressure we adjust into the combustion chamber, so you have to be careful to adjust the pressure.)

The higher pressure, the better atomisation of the fuel injecting into air. So you can use smaller injectors with higher pressures but there must be some calculation done before the application. We don't want to melt our pistons because of very rich afr or crack our rings for poor afr or blast any hoses...

On my travels I came across this datasheet for the standard Q4 injectors. Useful info to have at your disposal.

Cheers. I would like to get them cleaned at some point. Not sure what the gong rate is.
Has anyone done this lately?

AlfaJack Not had it done, mainly due to the job involved in getting them out. But if you look Here (http://www.injectorcleaning.co.uk/post.htm) it gives some prices.

I'm after bigger injectors really, from my back of a fag packet calculations I think I'm maxing the current ones out.
