Right, all the calipers are now on the bench, all need a full rebuild as they are all seized to some degree or other. From what I can tell the pistons aren't in that bad a condition so with a bit of a clean up it will just be new seals and pads and we should be away.
This is the state the front calipers were in :

as you can see, there is a major step on the rim of the disk, so these disks are just scrap.
The plan from here on in is just to refurb the rear calipers and refit them with new disks and pads.
For the front though I would really like to get vented disks in there, but I don't really want to swap over to a 5 stud hub. Looks like this guy here Alfetta DK (http://www.alfetta.dk/Repair/Brakes,%20wheels%20and%20suspension.htm) has managed it, so I'll drop him a line to see which parts he used.
